Responsible for the general day-to-day cleaning of the assigned facilities, following the
safety and quality standards. Individuals must have proactive and mutually cooperative positions for proper and continuous coordination of all assignments.
Minimum 1 year experience

Among the tasks to be performed we have:
  • General cleaning of the entire area to eliminate dust, bacteria, bad odors, etc.
  • Collect and empty trash cans in common areas and restrooms.
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Deep cleaning of sanitary ware in the restroom area
  • Cleaning and disinfection of toilets, sinks, faucets, etc.
  • You report if there is any damage to the facilities
  • Cleaning at height (over 1.8 mts): in this case, training will be provided.
  • Sanitization of administrative offices, by means of vacuuming, garbage collection, cleaning of desks, tables, frames, walls, etc.
  • Frequent cleaning and stain removal from stained glass windows
  • General cleaning of floors, furniture, glass doors, flower pots, armchairs, pictures, screens, etc.
  • Cleaning of lamps, paintings
  • Workstation cleaning.
  • Preparation of coffee in required cases
  • Customer service attention in required cases
  • Maintenance of supplies inventory
  • Cleaning of kitchenette, kitchen floor, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker.
  • Set up coffee service (if required)
  • Replenish dispensers for hand soap, paper, paper towels, blotting towels, etc.
  • Cleaning of meeting rooms throughout the workday
  • Cleaning of skirting boards, baseboards
  • Remove garbage from the building and take it to the collection center.
  • Helping with the recycling system
  • Blinds cleaning

  • Ceramic floor washing
